SPECIAL FEATURES: Techno India Group has its main campus at Saltlake and the extension of the existing educational building of the main campus is designed by us. The design theme was fusion of International Style of Architecture with local courtyard type form. The concrete mass, evolving from a lush green bed around, makes it a significant iconic structure.
UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT (UEM),NEWTOWN
LOCATION: NEWTOWN, KOLKATA.
AREA OF PROJECT: 3,18,700 Sq. Ft. (Approx.)
STATUS: COMPLETED
SPECIAL FEATURES: University of Engineering and Management (UEM)is a part of the parent Institute, Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), whose entire designing of the educational building is done by us. The building has multiple opening on all sides taking inspiration from the main Palace of Hazarduari which is the core concept of the building design. There are many small green pockets for students to gather and have a shared interactive space on campus. The initial Hazarduari Style was compromised later for extensive demand of spaces in later stage of construction. Yet the campus with courtyard plaza inside serves a beautiful interactive place for students.
G+9 STORIED SCHOOL CUM ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING OF BHARTIYA VIDYA BHAVAN.

STATUS: Construction- Going On
SPECIAL FEATURES: The extension of the existing educational building of Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan school main campus is designed and is being executed by us. Keeping harmony with the existing built form, maintaining balance between the open spaces, play grounds, greenery & building structures, and satisfying the demand of ever-increasing number of students, the design was a big challenge. The building once it will come up in its full shape, would certainly reflect the “Ethos of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan”.
